We offer returns within 7 days of delivery only if the product has a quality issue (e.g., damaged item, wrong product, or major manufacturing defect).

Conditions for Return:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item
  • Proof required: Send clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Original order number or invoice must be provided

📦 Delivery charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Want a different product or scent? We’re happy to help!

We offer exchanges within 7 days for unused products if you'd like to swap for a different perfume, watch, scarf, or color/style.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition
  • Request must be made within 7 days
  • Exchange is subject to product availability
  • Customer must pay both delivery charges (return and re-delivery)
