- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Return must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item
- Proof required: Send clear photos/videos of the issue
- Original order number or invoice must be provided
📦 Delivery charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We offer exchanges within 7 days for unused products if you'd like to swap for a different perfume, watch, scarf, or color/style.
✅ Conditions for Exchange:
- Item must be in original, unused condition
- Request must be made within 7 days
- Exchange is subject to product availability
- Customer must pay both delivery charges (return and re-delivery)
